Luigi Barsotti is an Incorporated Engineer and senior utility design professional based in the Greater Glasgow Area. CAD Operator

Management and Pre-Contract Leadership
Luigi Barsotti became Development Manager in September 2019. A career announcement at the time described his remit as sales and design development across Scotland and southern England. In January 2021, he moved into the Design Manager position. For more than five years, he led designers and guided schemes from early discussion to construction readiness.

Career Foundations in Plumbing
Before entering utility design, Luigi Barsotti built extensive experience in plumbing and heating. He worked for Home Heating and Plumbing Services from June 2004 to March 2012, then operated as a self-employed plumber from March 2012 to January 2014. Computer-Aided Draughting and Design
In 2014, Luigi Barsotti earned an HNC in Computer Aided Draughting and Design from New College Lanarkshire with an A grade. The course covered CAD principles, two-dimensional drawing, feature-based modelling, design methods and a graded unit.
He completed an HND in the same discipline in 2015, again earning an A. Other fan content calls the figure a capo, a matchday role that normally involves directing chants, clapping and coordinated crowd movement.
A Celtic-focused TikTok account named King Luigi also carries Green Brigade and Bhoys material. However, it provides no verified surname, and supporter comments do not prove this person is the engineer described above. No formal Green Brigade statement establishes the supporter’s full name or confirms a governing role.
